Trail for Life exists to honor the journey of Tylor “Cookbook” Harris by raising awareness of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE), while supporting Pacific Crest Trail hikers with trail magic, water caches, and gear assistance.

Our mission is simple: to save lives through education, remembrance, and trail community support.
